Get Fit Pod Episode 93A– HIIT Workout-Generic This workout is one of two Get Fit Pod Episodes being released this week-Get fit Pod Episodes 93-A and 93-B. Both of these workouts are generic high intensity interval training workouts.  The only difference between the two is that the music and the sequence of intervals is different in each of the workouts.  These workouts will give you two excellent generic high intensity interval training workouts for you to use when you want.  Because these workouts are not "exercise specific" you can adapt them to any form of exercise you want.  If you are not familiar with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) check out Get Fit Pod Episode 83 before doing this workout.  Episode 83 will give you a good background in High Intensity Interval Training.  E-mail me skip@getfitpod.com and let me know which exercises you were able to adapt to this workout.
