Warm-Up
1st Set- base speed the turns and fastest speed the straights (5 Min)
2nd Set- Half track base speed then fastest speed other half and repeat (10 Min)
3rd Set - Up and down the stairs (5 Min)
4th Set - Rest - base speed on the track
5th Set - base speed the turns and fastest speed the straights (5 Min) -beat the 1st set
